[ANNOUNCEMENT] New Linux/UNIX forums

NVIDIA's new Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris forums are now hosted on the official NVIDIA website:

devtalk.nvidia.com

You'll need to create a new account for yourself, because nvnews.net website is not officially affiliated with NVIDIA.

It does everything I need it for . . . the lack of avatars, emoticons, and all the other useless bloat is frankly, refreshing . . . . and I clearly see indication of new/unread topics here . . .

I don't . . . I just read 'em . . . I find subscriptions typically very annoying, and really hate systems that default to subscribing me - I spend more time turning that $h1t off than it is worth . . .

Bad idea, if you ask me . . . a place to discuss stuff without nVidia being able to censor has value, and also to discuss non-bug stuff . . . I'd rather not clutter the nVidia developers forum with all the non-bug stuff myself . . .
