Default nvidia driver 331.17 and googleearth

Hi all,
I'm trying googleearth with nvidia-driver 331.17 (beta) and kernel 3.10.17. It almost works, but the important satellite photos don't show. In seamonkey, googlemap works perfectly. And older days, googleearth worked fine. So now I suspect nvidia-driver-331.17. Does anyone have the same experience? Is 331.17 really wrong or is anything else wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I'm using 32bit mode.
I also tried 325.15, and it looks better, but not perfect; at a high altitude, terrain photos is displayed with a wrong color palette, while being at a low altitude, terrain photo colors are perfect.
