NVIDIA’s upcoming “Titanic” of a graphics card, the GeForce GTX Titan, is one of the most speculated products of 2013. Rumours have been flying wildly, and have included the likes of a 3DMark11 Xtreme Preset score of X7107, which today we can officially say has been faked.
While the score shown seemed unbelievably high, the fact that NVIDIA held back with the GeForce GTX 680 combined with the performance gains going from the older GTX 580 to the GTX 680 meant that there was a small chance that it could be true. The good news today is that we have the world’s first proper performance figures at hand, the bad news is that the faked score was very optimistic. Exact performance figures are tightly guarded secrets before release day, and as such we’ve only been given a small bit of info. The results sent to us don’t include any specifications, other than a “mildly overclocked” Core i7-3960X was used to power the setup. Average GeForce GTX 680 and GTX 690 results have been included as reference points. http://flyingsuicide.net/news/exclus...rmance-leaked/

This card needs to be 699 not 899. I want to get a 1440p monitor and this card would be prefect for that rez.
