Default Tearing/Vsync Problems on OpenSuse 12.2

Crosspost:
https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/t...opensuse-12-2/

Summed up:
I have strange, gray lines in shadow areas or overlayed parts of the screen.
Vsync solves the problem for most, but not for all games.
Sys is a OpenSuse 12.2 64 bit using a GTX 560 firestorm card with the G03-driver from the OpenSuse Repo.

Any ideas what could cause this?
Thanks in advance
